It's been too long since I blogged, I've been busy and also slack. But I need to get back into it to record and document the next chapter or my life. My two babies are growing too fast!
Zayn started crawling today I can't believe he's already reached that major milestone. He will be 9 months next Saturday and he's simple adorable, I love this age so much he's such a little explorer and so nosy. He's picks everything up and explores every angle of it, he always wants whatever toy Kye is playing with or whatever i'm holding in my hand. He hates going to bed now too if people are still up especially Kye. He will fight sleep alot because he wants to just be around you and play and be entertained. He likes to always be around familiar people as he's starting to develop separation and stranger anxiety. I'm also starting to consider daycare for him while I'm at my classes, it was fine him being watched by family when he was younger but now he's need more stimulation and starting to become mobile their homes just are not prepared for that. But plans for classes have hit a speed bump as well as you'll all find out later.
Kye is now 2.5 years and is almost toilet trained! We still use a nappy for naps and at night but he's really good with using the toilet now whenever he needs to. He will usually still tell me and we will go in there together and he's not 100% confident. He's a huge helper around the house and it pretty bossy at times. He loves to help me get washing off the line or to do things in the garden. He's in a real tools and construction phase and loves to watch Bob the Builder on TV. His other obsession is cars, like most boys his age. He's been a picky eater the last few weeks but hoping that's just a stage which will pass in time. He's still eating well though, just certain foods he used to like he will no longer touch and some night will refuse dinner - it usually happens when he's tired and cranky.
